By accessing or using TailorMi.live (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with all the provisions of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service.

2. Services

TailorMi provides an online marketplace for custom-fit healthcare scrubs. We offer a self-measurement wizard that uses your smartphone camera to capture body dimensions. All products are made to order unless otherwise specified.

3. Order Process

• Orders are final once placed and payment is processed.
• Made-to-order scrubs cannot be cancelled after production begins (24 hours).
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we will replace defective items at no cost to you within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team with photos of any defects.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on TailorMi.live, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TailorMi or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TailorMi BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
